The amended Bylaws and Declaration of CC&Rs approved by the Board at the November 17, 2020 meeting of the Board are now in effect. These amendments were approved by the Board without member vote as allowed by state law when the only changes are to bring governing documents into compliance with new state laws. The effective date of the amended Bylaws is February 2, 2021 and the effective date of the amended Declarations is March 16, 2021.
