The Board approved two new architectural prototypes for HVAC and solar power projects at the November 2022 board meeting. The HOA has had problems in the recent past with homeowners who make these types of improvements without prior approval from the board and the city of Foster City. All homeowners must submit plans for approval before starting any HVAC or solar projects. These projects always require Foster City building permits before contractors begin work.
