The 2024 annual meeting and the next board meeting of the Whalers' Island Homeowners Association will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 4:00 PM as a remote meeting using video conference and teleconference technology. The 2024 annual meeting will include reporting the election results for directors. Homeowners can participate by either video conference or teleconference and may speak during the homeowner forum at the beginning of the board meeting. The meeting agenda is distributed to owners by email five days before the meeting and can also be viewed by clicking on the “Meeting Agenda” link on the Board Meeting page.

There are three candidates running for three board seats in 2024. Candidates can submit statements to the members prior to the election that are posted to the website and included with the mailed ballots. Ballots for the election will be mailed to homeowners by regular mail one month prior to the annual meeting and must returned by regular mail to the inspector of elections prior to the annual meeting date. Election results will be reported at the annual meeting on September 24 and the elected directors will be seated prior to the regular board meeting that follows.
